EURO ROTELLI
Nasce in Toscana per poi trasferirsi in Friuli. Crescendo, sente sempre più forte il bisogno di comunicare le proprie emozioni. La prima esperienza è con la pittura, per poi scoprire la fotografia. Da qui nasce e si sviluppa una passione che lo porterà a fare della fotografia non solo il proprio lavoro, ma anche il suo mezzo espressivo ideale.
Diventa fotografo pubblicitario, dedicandosi contemporaneamente alla ricerca. Lo attraggono allo stesso modo i paesaggi e le persone che ritrae con personali sperimentazioni. La sua ricerca artistica va comunque al di là della macchina fotografica, che costituisce il mezzo hic et nunc per elaborare un’idea, un progetto.
Realizza cataloghi d’arte, pubblicazioni e calendari, opera nel campo della pubblicità e si occupa delle campagne pubblicitarie di importanti aziende. Indaga e interpreta città e territori sia su commissione che per ricerca personale.
Le sue fotografie hanno ottenuto importanti premi e riconoscimenti, sono pubblicate in libri, cataloghi e riviste nazionali e internazionali ed esposte sia in Italia che all’estero in gallerie e collezioni pubbliche e private.
EURO ROTELLI
Was born in Tuscany, moved to Friuli when he was still a child. He always feels a strong inner desire to communicate his feelings, and after first experimenting with painting, he later discoveres photography.
This sees the birth and development of a passion which brings him to the point of not only making photography his daily work, but also of expressing himself artistically through this medium. He begins to dedicate himself to research into new techniques and approaches. He is enthralled by both landscapes and the people he portrays in black and white, while carrying out his own personal experiments. His artistic research, however, goes beyond camera, that is just the means to realize and idea, a project.
For commissioned work he creates art catalogues, calendars, publishings and advertising campaigns. He delves into and immortalises cities and the countryside, both for private commissions and for personal experimentation.
His work has been published in various reviews and international magazines and he exhibites both in Italy and abroad and he has been given International awards and reviews as well. His photographs can be found in private and public collections and art galleries.
